Upload your custom designs to be printed on adhesive vinyl so you can apply it to the product of your choosing! You can peel the stickers individually or use Transfer Tape which is sold separately. 

What is a Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet refers to a sheet used in the printing industry that accommodates multiple images, designs, or elements arranged together. It is particularly popular in methods like Direct-to-Film (DTF) or Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) printing to maximize the use of available space.

How It Works

1. Upload your image: Use our user-friendly design tool that lets you upload, size, and customize each image to fit your order's needs. Preview your creation in real-time and make adjustments until it's perfect. Currently we only allow 1 image per gang sheet, the image can be duplicated as many times as you want.
2. Sizing Options: Offering mutliple sizes currently to fit your projects needs.
   • $5: 10x12"
   • $13.50: 10x36"
   • $15: 18x12"
   • $20: 18x18"
   • $25: 18x24"
     
   • $30: 18x30"
3. Confirmation: Review a digital confirmation of your work before finalizing your order. Make any adjustments to ensure it meets ours and your expectations.
4. Place Your Order: Once you're satisfied, simply place your order through our website. You will receive a confirmation email and we'll take care of the rest!
5. Delivery: Sit back and eagerly await the arrival of your one-of-a-kind custom sticker sheet. Ready to peel and stick upon delivery!

Turnaround & Pickup Times

We strive to process orders quickly while maintaining top-quality prints. Here’s what you need to know about our standard and rush order processing:

✅ Order by 1 PM → Pickup Next Business Day (No Rush Fee)

• Orders placed by 1 PM will be ready for pickup the next business day after 3–4 PM (exact time may vary based on order volume).

⏳ Order After 1 PM → Pickup in 2 Business Days (No Rush Fee)

• Orders placed after 1 PM will be ready for pickup in 2 business days after 3 PM (exact time may vary based on order volume).

🚀 Rush Orders (Same-Day Pickup)

• Orders placed by 1 PM with a rush fee will be ready same-day between 3–6 PM.
• Turnaround time depends on daily print volume, but a minimum of 2–3 hours is required, even on slower days.
• The closer your order is placed to 1 PM, the later your pickup time will be, as all prints are completed first come, first serve.

⚡ Rush Orders (Next-Day Pickup)

• Rush orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day and ready for pickup after 3 PM.
• These orders take priority in the first print run of the following business day to ensure a quick turnaround.

Rush Fee Policy 🚀

To ensure fair and efficient processing, please review our Rush Fee Rules before placing a rush order.

✅ Rush Fees Are Per Gang Sheet – Not for the entire project.

📏 Rush Fee Pricing:

• $5 for the first foot of prints
• $1 per additional foot
• For projects over 20 feet: The first 20 feet is $24, then it's $1 per foot beyond that.
• To calculate, use the last selection in the dropdown menu and add the necessary quantity to match your total project length.

💰 Rush Fee Cap:

• Maximum rush fee is $75 per day, per customer – no additional fees beyond that!

📌 Important Notes:

• A rush order is not considered submitted until the rush fee is paid.
• Orders are officially placed once I receive the final artwork—not when payment is made. I can’t start printing until I have the correct file!
• Pickup days are Monday–Friday. A rush order does not mean I will open the store on weekends.

How to Apply Your DTF Prints Like a Pro! 🎨🔥

Get vibrant, long-lasting prints with our high-quality DTF transfers! Follow these simple steps to achieve a flawless press every time:

🔹 Application Instructions:

1️⃣ Set your heat press to 300°F (150°C).
2️⃣ Position your transfer on the garment – make sure it’s centered and aligned just right!
3️⃣ Press for 10 seconds using firm, even pressure.
4️⃣ Hot peel immediately – no waiting required!
5️⃣ Repress for 5 seconds with a Teflon sheet to lock in durability.
6️⃣ Let it rest! Avoid washing for 48 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure. After that, your print is good to go! 🚀

File Requirements & Sizing Recommendations 🎨

For the highest quality prints, please follow these file guidelines:

✅ Recommended File Specs:

• 300 DPI resolution for sharp, detailed prints
• Sized to print at the exact dimensions you need
• CMYK color mode for accurate color reproduction
• PNG files with a transparent background are optimal for the best results

📌 Helpful Tools:
Our Gang Sheet software includes a background removal tool and displays your image’s DPI/resolution to ensure the best print quality.

✅ How We Size Your Design:

• Designs are typically sized based on their largest dimension (height or width) since most images are not perfect squares.
• Important: My printer has a maximum width of 12 inches, so keep that in mind when setting up your artwork.

Suggested Design Dimensions:

📏 Toddler: 7” wide or 8” tall
📏 Youth: 8” wide or 9” tall
📏 Adult S–XL: 10” wide or 11” tall
📏 Adult 2X: 12” wide or 13” tall
📏 Adult 3X–5X: 12” wide or 15” tall
