This page is for customers who prefer to create their own gang sheets using software like Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools. Simply export your file at the exact size you want it printed, upload it here, and select the correct sheet size below to add it to your cart.

For Canva Users:
Canva's maximum gang sheet size is 12" x 72" (6ft). If you're submitting multiple sheets, adjust the quantity to match your total print length.

✔️ Example: If you submit two 6ft gang sheets, select the 12ft (144") option in the cart.
✔️ If your total print length exceeds 20ft, select the "More than 20ft" option and enter the correct total length in feet.

Standard Turnaround time is 1-2 business days

  • Order by 1 PM → Pickup Next Day (No Rush Fee).
  • If you place your order by 1 PM, you can pick it up the next business day after 3–4 PM (exact time may vary based on order volume). Otherwise it will be ready in 2 business days.

PNG File Type

For the best print quality, we recommend using:

  • PNG files with a transparent background – the optimal format for clean and precise printing.
  • 300 DPI resolution when sized to print ensures crisp, detailed results.
  • CMYK color mode – Since digital printers use the CMYK spectrum, designing in this mode will help you achieve accurate colors. Designing in RGB may lead to slight color variations.

Following these guidelines will ensure vibrant and high-quality prints every time!

What is a Gang Sheet?

A gang sheet refers to a sheet used in the printing industry that accommodates multiple images, designs, or elements arranged together. It is particularly popular in methods like Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing to maximize the use of available space. 

How It Works

  1. Create Your Gang Sheet: Use your own software to create and appropriately size your gang sheet.
  2. Please export sized to print and use our green upload button above to submit your sheet. 
  3. Sizing Options: We offer 13 different sizes of gang sheets you can submit. They range from 1ft to 20ft in length and are selected inside of the design tool. If you submit longer than 20ft we simply prorate the price out for you of $4.75 per ft.

Turnaround & Pickup Times

We strive to process orders quickly while maintaining top-quality prints. Here’s what you need to know about our standard and rush order processing:

✅ Order by 1 PM → Pickup Next Business Day (No Rush Fee)

  • Orders placed by 1 PM will be ready for pickup the next business day after 3–4 PM (exact time may vary based on order volume).

⏳ Order After 1 PM → Pickup in 2 Business Days (No Rush Fee)

  • Orders placed after 1 PM will be ready for pickup in 2 business days after 3 PM (exact time may vary based on order volume).

🚀 Rush Orders (Same-Day Pickup)

  • Orders placed by 1 PM with a rush fee will be ready same-day between 3–6 PM.
  • Turnaround time depends on daily print volume, but a minimum of 2–3 hours is required, even on slower days.
  • The closer your order is placed to 1 PM, the later your pickup time will be, as all prints are completed first come, first serve.

⚡ Rush Orders (Next-Day Pickup)

  • Rush orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day and ready for pickup after 3 PM.
  • These orders take priority in the first print run of the following business day to ensure a quick turnaround.

  • Use the Notes section at checkout to request a preferred pickup time. We’ll do our best to accommodate and will confirm if it’s possible!

Our standard turnaround time is 2 business days. Your prints may be ready earlier depending on our current volume, I try to work as far ahead as I possibly can. The only way to guarantee less than 2 business day turnaround time is paying a rush fee to go to the front of the line. I can't make exceptions without rush fees, it is not fair to other customers waiting and I only have so many printing hours in a day. 

  • An order is considered placed after I have the final artwork, not the day you placed the order or paid. I can't start working until I have the final artwork. 
  • Our printing business days are Monday-Friday. 
  • Orders placed Sat-Sun are considered placed on Monday and will be ready for pickup by 3pm on Wednesday at the latest.
  • Orders placed after 6pm are considered placed the next business day.
  • Rush options are available for a faster guaranteed turnaround time. Same Day is available before 3pm. Please view our Rush Fee section for more details.

All files are recommended to be 300 DPI, sized to print, and CMYK in color in order to have the highest quality print. PNG files without a background is the optimal file. The Gang Sheet software does have a background removal tool as well as tell you the DPI/resolution of your image.

I normally size a design based on its height or width, whichever one is larger as images often are not perfect square. Remember my printer is only 12" wide so below are my suggested measurements 

  • Toddlers: 7" wide or 8" tall
  • Youth: 8" wide or 9" tall
  • Adult S-XL: 10" wide or 11" tall
  • Adult 2X: 12" wide or 13" tall
  • Adult 3-5X: 12" wide or 15" tall
